Your Role as Feature Intelligence Sales Executive:
At AppMagic, we’re a B2B SaaS platform specializing in mobile market analytics, with a strong reputation in the gaming industry. Many top European studios already see us as their go-to solution for analyzing mobile games—but we’re just getting started. There's still a lot to accomplish as we work to expand our global presence and become a truly recognized leader worldwide.
Our unique feature set offers deep deconstruction of mobile games, providing insights such as in-game event calendars and their impact on revenue and audience engagement. This game-changing functionality sets us apart from the competition, but selling it requires more than just sales skills — it demands a deep understanding of the gaming landscape and the challenges studios face.
We’re on the lookout for a passionate sales professional who not only excels in sales but also lives and breathes games, understands the industry inside out, and can build meaningful connections with studios to help them solve real business challenges using our powerful insights.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing a high-impact outbound sales strategy focused on the mobile gaming market.
- Using AppMagic’s proprietary tools to identify high-value prospects and provide in-depth market intelligence.
- Collaborating with PR and Product teams to create tailored promotional strategies and explore new acquisition channels within the GameDev space.
- Building strong relationships with gaming studios through personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn) and warm lead nurturing; attending industry events to foster connections and showcase our value.
- Taking a consultative sales approach, helping studios understand how our unique features can address their specific business needs and drive growth.
- Negotiating and closing deals with gaming clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that foster long-term partnerships.
- Leveraging outreach automation tools to scale and optimize personalized communication strategies.
- Tracking key performance metrics and continuously refining outreach strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- A passion for gaming – You understand studio challenges and can confidently speak their language.
- A proactive, self-driven approach – You take initiative, think creatively, and execute with precision.
- A technical mindset – Our product is complex, and a solid grasp of data metrics, in-game analytics, and market trends will be essential.
- 4+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the mobile gaming or analytics space.
- Fluent English (C1-C2) and conversational Russian (B2); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working with GameDev clients—whether through sales, partnerships, or direct industry involvement—is a significant advantage.
