Your Role as Lead Business Development Manager (Outbound)
We’re looking for a Lead BD Manager (Outbound) to join our team and help drive our growth. At AppMagic, we have a unique advantage—our platform provides comprehensive insights into potential clients, including their revenue, downloads, app categories, company size, and even key decision-makers' names, roles, and email contacts.
Beyond that, we operate an insight factory, constantly identifying key trends and opportunities in the mobile market. Your primary goal will be to leverage this wealth of data and outreach automation tools to maximize new client acquisition.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing a high-impact outbound sales strategy focused on the mobile app market.
- Identifying high-potential prospects using AppMagic’s proprietary tools and conducting market research to support lead generation.
- Collaborating with PR and Product teams to create effective promotional strategies and explore new acquisition channels.
- Building relationships with potential clients through direct outreach (email, LinkedIn) and networking; attending industry conferences is encouraged but optional.
- Leading negotiations and closing deals with optimal terms and conditions.
- Implementing automation tools to scale both mass and personalized outreach efforts.
- Tracking performance metrics, analyzing conversion rates, and reporting on progress towards business development goals.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently, think creatively, and execute quickly without constant supervision.
- A technical mindset – our product is methodologically complex, so a strong understanding of data metrics, market analysis methods, and calculation processes is essential.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within an international B2B SaaS company, ideally within the mobile app market.
- Fluent English (C1-C2) and conversational Russian (B2); additional languages are a plus.
- A strong understanding of how to sell complex SaaS products to mid-to-large tier-1 clients, especially in AdTech, MarTech, and Mobile Analytics, is a significant advantage.
