Responsibilities
Your Role as Head of Sales
As our Head of Sales, you’ll take on key responsibilities, including:
- Leading the team – driving performance through KPI management, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives
- Perfecting the pitch – Our product is sophisticated, requiring a strong grasp of the mobile ecosystem. You’ll need to master the pitch before leading and coaching the team. A background in tech, analytics, or gaming (development, analytics, or production) will give you an edge.
- Owning strategic sales – You’ll spearhead sales efforts with high-value prospects (ACV $50K+).
- Maximizing inbound opportunities – Our primary sales channel is inbound, and your role will focus on increasing total contract value (TCV), automating processes for low-priority leads, and driving upsells.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in tech, analytics, or mobile/gaming industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing KPIs, developing pricing strategies, and driving growth initiatives.
- Willingness to lead by example—actively engaging in hands-on sales activities, personally managing key deals, and contributing directly to complex, high-value transactions.
- Exceptional ability to manage strategic sales efforts, especially with high-value accounts (ACV $50K+).
- Experience optimizing inbound sales channels, including upselling and automating processes for lower-priority leads.
- Outstanding pitch delivery skills with the ability to mentor and develop the sales team to master product positioning and client engagement.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on untapped non-gaming market segments and other growth opportunities.
- Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and a passion for scaling new business opportunities.
- Willingness to dive deep into AppMagic’s product and market, quickly mastering its unique value proposition to articulate it effectively.
- Ability to work with a global client base and navigate cross-cultural sales dynamics.
