Over 300 companies worldwide — including Google, ByteDance, and Playrix — rely on our data. The product is unique, powerful, and scaling fast. Now, we're doubling down.

We're launching a new research department to deliver high-impact insights into the mobile games market — from flagship industry reports to bite-sized insights for sales and content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of experts to produce standout research (think: Appsflyer Index, Sensor Tower State of Mobile);
  • Build frameworks, analyze data, and shape insights into clear, business-relevant narratives;
  • Identify demand: what kind of insights the industry truly values, and how we can deliver them — solo or in collaboration;
  • Deliver research at multiple scales — from full reports to blog-ready takeaways and sales-friendly micro-insights;
  • Act as the internal go-to expert for product, business development, marketing, and PR;
  • Talk to clients and industry leaders to understand their needs and test ideas;
  • Fuel the content team with great ideas, angles, and up-to-date insights;
  • Support bizdev and sales with targeted mini-research based on client profiles.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in mobile games (Head of Product, Senior Producer, Product Analyst, M&A, etc.);
  • Proven ability to scale and operate multiple projects;
  • Excellent market awareness and strategic thinking;
  • Strong written and spoken English;
  • Experience building and leading effective, collaborative teams;
  • Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and granular details;
  • Passion for analysis, curiosity, and getting things done with autonomy.

Bonus points for:

  • Speaking at conferences or working with publishers/sales teams;
  • Writing industry articles or managing content/editorial;
  • Customer discovery and strong interviewing skills.
