We’re looking for a high-performing Customer Success Manager to join our team and build deep relationships with some of the most exciting mobile companies in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Own a Portfolio of Strategic Customers
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with mobile-first companies and game developers.
  • Drive Customer Outcomes
  • Help clients extract maximum value from our platform and data. Identify goals, analyze usage, and proactively propose strategies to achieve them.
  • Secure Retention and Expansion
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth.
  • Lead Business Reviews
  • Present insights, impact, and ROI to senior stakeholders during QBRs and strategic syncs.
  • Surface Insights Internally
  • Be the voice of the customer - share product feedback, feature requests, and industry trends with our internal teams.
  • Hit Targets - and Be Rewarded
  • Take full ownership of your performance metrics and compensation outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management in the mobile industry, SaaS, or gaming
  • Strong client-facing skills - you’re great at uncovering pain points, tailoring solutions, and handling objections
  • A true problem-solver: you don’t just raise issues - you proactively offer solutions
  • Autonomous and goal-oriented: you don’t need micromanagement, just a clear mission
  • Experience with mobile monetization strategies, user acquisition, or ASO is a big plus
  • Bonus: experience in closing expansion deals and negotiating renewals
